I'm done with the thing

Despite starting by modeling the environment and recreating the glove cloth on a rigged hand model, these two elements are the least present part of the final clip. When they are on screen, they're mostly hidden by the lighting and heavy focal blur. Instead I decided to make a torso model of the potter. Since his body is a lump with tube arms and his head is a ball, I was able to pretty easily project a frame of the film onto simple geometry, trace the eye shape, and texture the model. The arms and torso have fuzz similar to what I added to the glove. Beyond that most of my time was spent on framing and lighting.

My favorite frame is probably this one.

Everything just came together on this one in my opinion.
